HomeRun Software is committed to providing the best possible technical support for the HomeRun Label Printer Program.

We offer a complete portfolio of high quality, innovative technical support and help to enable you to get the most from the program. This Section describes the technical support resources available to you for free and for purchase.

New User Support

We provide special free services to new users of the HomeRun Label Printer Program This includes both telephone & email support. This is especially critical for new users as they may have set up issues.

One of the support methods we use is, providing your computers is on the Internet is to log into your computer to help you with installation and initial set up of HomeRun. We subscribe to a program called "ShowMyPC" which allows us to lot into your computer(s) to help with Training and Set up.

How ShowMyPC works.

With your Internet Explorer browser, you go to our web space on the ShowMyPC web site.

Once there, you will click on the link "Show My PC to Remote User" and run a memory resident program on your computer. Don't worry, the program installs a temporary link on your computer and once we log off, this program will be erased from your computer.

After pressing "Run" twice, the program will produce a temporary 4 digit password which you will give to us.

With this password, we can then log onto your computer in real time.

The advantage with this program is that it allows both of us to have control of your computer at the same time.

For Security reasons, we have to go through the same process every time we log into your computer. No memory resident programs are installed at any time on your system so there is no compromising of your security.

HomeRun Product Maintenance

Software must be maintained. As bugs are found and other minor changes become necessary, software maintenance updates will be available.

You will be notified by email when these updates are available with a link to the appropriate update.

HomeRun Product Upgrades.

The HomeRun staff is constantly adding new functionality to the program. An important part of your purchase is the assurance that the product will evolve with changes in technology.

Charges for upgrades are determined and announced at the time an upgrade is released.

Current Users who have purchased yearly support or are on one of our Subscription plans will receive these upgrades free of charge during their subscription period.

HomeRun Bug Reports

If you believe you have encountered a bug in HomeRun Label Printing Program, simply send us an email at support@homerunsoftware.net with a subject line that begins with "BUG". We will evaluate your bug report on a non-priority bases. If a bug is indeed found, it will be fixed and you will be notified of the solution via email.
